I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The location was superb, right near the old town center and close to everything in the charming Santillana del Mar. The hotel rooms were delightful, complete with a balcony and a jacuzzi, giving me the ultimate relaxation experience. While the dining options were limited, the service from check-in to check-out was top-notch. The value for money was great, but there were some noise issues due to the police station nearby.

The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out, especially the bar staff who provided exemplary service.
